Free Shipping on Orders Over $200.00
Any order with a total amount exceeding $200.00 (before taxes and after any discounts) will automatically qualify for free standard shipping. No promotional code is needed; free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.
Shipping Charges for Orders Below $200.00
For orders that do not meet the $200.00 threshold, standard shipping rates will apply. The cost will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
Delivery Timeframes
While we strive to process and ship out your order as quickly as possible, the standard delivery time for free shipping is between 5-10 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status of your package.
International Shipping
Currently, MIH ships only within [specific country/countries – I think?]. If you require international shipping, please contact our customer service team for possible solutions and shipping quotes.
Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate the change, once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
In the case where our shipping carriers are unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address or multiple failed attempts, the package might be returned to us. Customers will be responsible for any return shipping fees and will need to coordinate a new delivery at their expense.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if it hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work diligently to resolve any issues and ensure you receive your order.
